| Please encourage members of the DuPage County Board to vote in favor of removing Henry Hyde's name from the county courthouse. The vote is on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
The best way to show support for removing Hyde's name is to speak in person on Tuesday morning. Public comments are limited to 30 minutes, so be in line at 8 AM at 421 N County Farm Rd. in Wheaton to sign up to speak. The meeting itself will start at 10 AM. Please consider attending even if you are not able to speak!
Please also submit a public comment (do it right now if possible). All board members receive these comments and the far-right supporters have flooded the board with negative comments. Make sure to put the date of February 11, 2025, and the DuPage County Board Meeting at the top of your comment.
Why is this important? Henry Hyde is most known for the Henry Hyde Amendment which restricts access to essential healthcare, disproportionally harming marginalized communities and violating reproductive rights.
