There are tons of cliches about making the best of a bad situation and they are all true but none has stood the test of time like the notion of making sweet lemonade out of that sourest of fruits. And we've got a whole passle of lemons squirting us dead in the eye every time we open our browsers, leaf through our newspapers or turn on the boob tube.

It could turn anyone sour--

Our president is a world class jerk who could do some real harm to the whole world

Our governor is a state-of-the-art shark who is doing some real damage to our state

Rights are being trampled

Healthcare is on the chopping block

And so much more.

POTLUCK PICNIC 8/20

Come join the DuPage Democrats for their annual potluck picnic! Eat good food, have some fun, and talk about our group's summer issue canvass, what's going on in our affinity groups, who the next Democratic Governor will be, and how we are turning DuPage blue!
