Commitment to Immigration Rights

It is important that as a Party we don’t only talk about immigration rights when it’s popular but at all times. Our nation would not be what it is today without the spirit and vision of our immigrant population. There has been a backlash against our immigrant communities and it is time for us as Democrats to say “ENOUGH”. It is not enough to be pro-immigrant, but we must represent pro-immigrant values.

As a Party, we believe in the promise of America and the American Dream. We believe that immigrants are not a “burden” but a blessing. As a Party under my leadership, we are committed to healthcare for our immigrant population, access to homes, and most importantly access to the American dream.

It is enough for immigrants to advocate for themselves, it is the job of those of us that are not immigrants to speak out whenever possible. At a very minimum to show support- at the maximum to show solidarity.

We are in this together!

Thank you

Chairman Ken Mejia-Beal

Community Engagement for the DuPage County Strategic Plan

DuPage County is creating a new strategic plan and would like to hear from residents on their priorities through 2029. The strategic plan will serve as a blueprint for the next five years, shaping the County’s mission, vision, and financial planning.

You can learn more about the strategic planning process, fill out a survey identifying your priorities, and provide input on the plan at the County's Social Pinpoint page below. The information collected through this site will be used to create a long-term vision, strategic priorities, goals and objectives, and performance metrics to define the County’s direction and measure progress.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
