| It is with great pleasure and excitement that we announce our candidacy in the 2024 election for the position of Justice in the 3rd Appellate District of Illinois. It has been our honor to serve on the Appellate Court since our unanimous appointments by the Illinois Supreme Court in 2022. Now, we are asking the voters to allow us to continue to serve the citizens of the 3rd District.
We are proud to run together as current Appellate Court colleagues, Linda Davenport, Appellate Justice, Joe Hettel, Appellate Justice, and Lance Peterson, Appellate Justice. Together, we have over one hundred years of experience and knowledge in the law. Together, we work as strong advocates for justice and equality.
Lance, Linda, and Joe are excited to continue our commitment to ensuring justice is fair and impartial. Each of us has faithfully served our communities, passionately protecting the rights of the people and upholding the law. We will continue to be strong voices for the voiceless and we will ensure that everyone has access to justice, regardless of their race, religion, gender, or economic status.
We would be honored to continue our work with the 3rd Appellate District of Illinois. We are asking for your vote on Election Day and for your continued support for justice and fairness in our courts. We will continue to work tirelessly to uphold the rule of law and ensure justice for all. |
