Tweet of the Week Follow us on twitter Some thoughts.. Every time things seem really really bad, our administration is here to remind us that they are professionals at making it way way worse. Watching Trump side with Vlad over his own intelligence community was a shock to the system. His meager attempts to walk it back felt like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound. So here we are, with a clearly compromised president who has invited Putin to Washington without telling his Director of National Intelligence. There are bigger forces at play to alleviate some of the damage that the republican party is causing on the national level (think Mueller and bad cholesterol), but it's important to note that ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT REPUBLICANS IN YOUR LOCAL ELECTION. We've got a list above of all of the democratic candidates in DuPage county. Look at it, learn it, and go vote in November. The strength of our country is determined from the bottom up. Get out and vote. Bring some friends. Participate. Democracy demands it. Become a member.
