Hi Fellow Democrats, This Saturday, August 2 is a national day of action to protest the Trump administration and its attack on the constitution and our democracy. We encourage folks to head to the sidewalk outside the Tesla dealership at 3200 Ogden in Lisle, where we'll join the normal every-Saturday protestors between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Bring homemade signs! There's also a protest at the corner of Stearns Road and Bartlett Road in Bartlett, IL. Circulating petitions to get candidates on the ballot begins on August 5 and goes through Nov 3. It'll take us a few days (or longer) to get all of the candidates' petitions to our office, but fairly soon you can stop by anytime to pick up petitions or sign for candidates. If you're interested in running for Precinct Committeeperson (PC), those packets are available here on the County website.
