Greetings!

This weekend will be remembered for a lot of things and most importantly for one of the biggest marches in US Herstory. But for the 120+ folks who wandered in throughout the day to our Put Your Blues to Work event, inauguration day was a day of love and resistance, bonding and tacos. Thanks to everyone who made the quick turnaround possible (especially the members of our newly formed Events Coordination Team!):
Paul Adams, Cheryl Hejnal, Jane Bodine, Connie and Joe Sunderhaus, Dan Hanrahan, Joanne Tyree, Marium and David Stevens, Bob Jeffers, Jim Atas, Donna Conrad, Richard Hirsch and ALL THE FOLKS who brought food, helped set up and clean up, ran errands (more posterboard!) and tended the taco bar throughout the day.

AND BEYOND...

Have you joined an Action Group yet with other motivated Dems (and newly minted Dems!) who care about enhancing democracy in DuPage, in IL and in our country by accomplishing our 3 simple goals for 2017-2018? They are:

1) Regain the Governor's Office and the remap (without which we are likely to lose the 4 congressional Democrats who now serve DuPage)

2) Elect 6 County Board Members in the special 2018 Run-off style election (with which we can become a swing voting block)

3) Teach everyone how to move voters to the polls every election! (and in doing so secure a bright future for DuPage, IL and the US in 2020 and beyond).
