Greetings!       Hopefully you had the opportunity to hear our Chairman, Bob Peickert, on the Norman Goldman Show on WCPT last night as they broadcast from Berwyn, IL. I don't think enough can be said for the work Bob has done over the last 8 years to bring our party into greater prominence. From his outreach to the collar counties to join forces for better electoral showings, to his work with unions all over Northern Illinois, to his continued integration with the progressive causes of liberal democracy that make WCPT such a gem on our radio dial.    This kind of non-stop, year-round, nearly decade-long leadership deserves to be rewarded. Bob has stuck his neck out, once again, to inch the DPDC closer to parity in county politics by running against Dan Cronin in November for the position of County Board Chair.
