Join tens of thousands of your fellow Chicago-area citizens as we form a human chain of conscience across Chicagoland in peaceful protest against Trump's illegal and authoritarian actions and the GOP's failure to defend the Constitution.

Hi Fellow Democrats, Be part of a historic action —30 miles of solidarity from Aurora to Little Village this Sunday, May 18 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. We're joined by 33 other partner organizations, including Indivisible Illinois and the Illinois Federation of Teachers.  We cannot be silent as Trump ignores the Constitution and threatens to suspend habeas corpus.  Visit Hands Across Chicagoland to enter your zip code and get an assigned spot along the route. Bring signs, wear black, and make some noise! This is a peaceful protest. We will not block streets or businesses along the route. Bring your family, friends, neighbors, coworkers—anyone who believes in freedom and democracy.
