JEAN KACZMAREK CALLS ON EVELYN SANGUINETTI TO DENOUNCE

TOP SUPPORTER'S EXTREMIST ELECTION LIES

DuPage GOP Chair Jim Zay Pushed “Stop the Steal” Conspiracies Leading Up to Insurrection

DuPage County Clerk Jean Kaczmarek calls on her Republican opponent Evelyn Sanguinetti to denounce the extremist, election-denying lies of her top campaign supporter, DuPage GOP Chairman Jim Zay. On Jan. 4th, 2021, two days before MAGA insurrectionists stormed the Capitol, Zay sent a personally signed email pushing Donald Trump-style election conspiracy theories and asking DuPage Republicans to "DONATE TO HELP STOP THE STEAL."

“As demonstrated by the recent horrifying attack on Speaker Pelosi’s husband, there is a direct link between the spread of baseless election conspiracies and real-world violence. I call on my opponent to denounce her top supporter Jim Zay’s false attacks on the legitimacy of DuPage County’s elections,” Kaczmarek said.

In his Jan. 4th, 2021 email, Republican Chairman Zay falsely claimed that there were “1,626 extra votes and no one knows where they came from” in DuPage County’s 2020 election.

“Evelyn Sanguinetti has teamed up with DuPage County's most prominent election denier Jim Zay to try to take over running our elections,” Kaczmarek stated. “County Clerks have a responsibility to defend democracy, not cozy up with a wink and a nod to those tearing it down.  Now is not the time to remain silent. Falsely accusing election officials of breaking the law to rig elections goes far beyond the pale of politics as usual; it’s dangerous and puts innocent election workers at risk of harm.”

LET'S SAVE SOME LIVES THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING!

When we move out of 'election season' into "festive season" make yourself feel good because you helped others. Studies show it’s healthy to donate blood — both for the donor and receiver. Stop by the office after the Black Friday shopping and give a pint!

When you donate blood you’re reducing the iron in your blood. Iron in the blood causes oxidation. You’ll be reducing your blood’s viscosity. When the blood gets too thick and sticky it can damage the cells lining the arteries. You can reduce these risks by donating blood on a regular basis.

You get peace of mind when you donate blood because the check-in process includes a check of your blood's iron count. Among other things, too much iron in your blood can lead to free-radical damage in the body. On the other hand, if your iron count is too low you will not be able to give blood that day.

It’s healthy to donate blood because it gives you a sense of significance. You’ll know that by donating blood you’re helping someone out there in need. You’re saving someone’s life by donating your blood.
