More Election FAQ’s
1. If you applied for vote by mail but never got your ballot?
“They can vote a provisional ballot at their own polling place. (A provisional ballot won't count if voted at another polling place.) Judges working at the election commission after the election will check to see if a mail in ballot was returned and voted from that person. If there is no record of a returned mail in ballot from that person the provisional ballot is counted.” (Thanks to Gary Tomlinson)

2. There are reports that many more than usual mail in ballots are being rejected this year.  To see if your mail in vote may have been rejected use the following link to look up the status of your vote: www.dupageco.org/VoterLookup   If your vote has been rejected, call the election commission to see why and what you can do about it. (630) 407-5600
3. Voter Protection Hotline: 833-VOTER18
This line is for voters with questions or in need of assistance for voting

4. Judicial Retention questions (with help from Gary Kleppe and others)
I would consider that Pat O'Shea was just acquitted of firing a gun in his condo.  Judge O’Shea is also currently under investigation by the Judicial Inquiry Board for retaliation after a female made a claim of harassment as well as possible obstruction of justice. The other judge is justice McLaren. He is an appellate court justice. I believe he 75? This is for another 10 year term. He is a partisan Republican who's donated money to party committees.

5. Explain the 3 county wide referendums for the public?  I see them as a ploy to increase conservative turnout in a year when Republicans were ashamed of Trump. These referendum questions are non-binding.

THANK YOU FOR VOTING!
